Lifetime product grant
Free Practice tier across all your seats is granted at signing, not earned over time. Survives changes in our pricing model, ownership, or product naming.
Referral revenue share
Lifetime revenue share on every firm you refer that becomes a paying customer. Exact percentage + structure are written into the advisory agreement at signing, not changed afterwards.
Workflow IP you share
If you teach us a unique workflow we wouldn't have built otherwise, we credit you in the changelog. You retain unrestricted use of that workflow in your practice.
Roadmap voting
Weighted vote among the 10 advisors. We commit to ship the top three vote-getters every quarter. Voting rights continue past the 6-month advisory engagement.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA covers session content, unreleased features, and any IP either party shares. Survives three years past the end of the engagement.
Exit terms
You can leave the advisory engagement any time with 30 days notice. Lifetime product grant and accrued referral share are preserved.
No exclusivity
You're free to advise other vendors, including direct competitors. We trust your judgement.
