Notification of changes
We provide 30 days written notice of any new subprocessor (via email to your billing contact + this page). You may object and, if we cannot resolve, terminate the affected service.

Onboarding standards
Each subprocessor signs a data processing agreement no less protective than ours, undergoes annual security review, and is required to support PIPEDA-aligned breach notification timelines.
